  Staff (Larisa) made us feel at home and was exceptionally friendly andhelpful. Location was perfect for our stay - close to the train stationand major sites. The room was beautifully furnished and very comfortablefor our family of four. The view from the bedroom provided a wonderfulTuscan sunset. They were five star and great value for money. Lots of room and really lovely to go back to each night after wandering around Florence.

  Everything was ok :-) very comfortable, big and clean room :-) the same I can say about kitchen and bathroom. Owner doesnt speak english but it isnt so big problem because she is very nice person. - The hotel room is tidy and nice. The hotel host is a friendly woman.

  George was awesome! The manager George was very helpful, friendly and informative. He provided us with information regarding the island, maps, etc. He was able to to pick us up and drop us off very early from the airport with no fee. We originally had booked a shared bathroom but he gave us a room with bathroom for no extra charge.
