We stayed for 7 nights and loved every moment of our stay. Hosts
Viviana and Paulo made us welcome from the moment we walked through
the gate. Their place is welcoming and relaxed and nothing is too much
trouble. Viviana even showed us how to catch the bus and where to
visit in Florence. Her daily treats and well stocked complimentary
fridge were well received. We ate at the local restaurant six nights -
another of Viviana's suggestions - fantastic. The quality of this
place was great.

The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.

Right when you entered from the main door, you feel an environment of
luxury. The lobby is very chic and modern. They greeted us with juice or
water. They had some small snacks by the lobby during the afternoon and
late evening! You hardly ever see this at other hotels! Our room was
large! High ceilings! Awesome bed size and great mattress. The bathroom

Great location. Can walk everywhere you need to go. Hotel is on second floor of pretty non-descript building on fun street with plenty of restaurants and shops. Close to all major sites. Owner and family and staff could not have been more congenial, and helpful, which always balances a hotel which is a bit less than elegant. THe staff was so very friendly and helpful. The room was very simple but clean. The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs. I was going to stay one night and stayed THREE because my hotel was so pleasing and getting around FLorence was easy. -

The staff is extremely helpful. The Breakfast is served in a beautifully decorated room with original painted on ceiling. Despite on the fact the hotel is on the seconf floor and you have to carry your luggage with no lift, dear Paolo can see you with an intercom and is ready to help you. The can help to make a reservation to all the galleries to skip the queue and it is cheaper than you can do it via internet, they just make a call to the galleries and give you
