It s best hotel choice we made in our trip to Italy. The location is not far from the city center. The room is very new, cozy and beautiful, every last detail is perfect. the breakfast buffet, in my opion, has a very high standard sellection of local products. On top of all these, the couple who owned the place are extreamly friendly and helpful, giving us a little instruction of florence on arrival and helping us on our dinner resevations. I am totally satisfied with this booking (the hardware, the service,
location, the pricing). I should say this is the best hotel I've
ever lived during the past 20 days vacation in Italy and Greece.
Unlike the rooms of most hotels in European tourist cities, the room offered by this hotel is quite spacious.

The strongest points of this hotel are the owners/staff and the
location, and there are quite a few other nice things about it.
Luciana and Luciano, the brother and sister who own/run(?) the place, are lovely, lovely people, kind and most helpful. They're also very quick to respond to emails.
The location is great, if a bit hard to find (if you're relying on GoogleMaps, that is -- get a REAL map!). It's a few meters away from Piazza di Signoria (which is right next to the Galleria Uffizi) and

Our original accommodations were not available for the five of us, so they put three of us in the junior suite which was UNBELIEVABLY beautiful! We all felt like we got to sleep in a palace room for the night. Just an amazing night. What a pleasure! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Wouldn't have changed a thing!

This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms
were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet,
comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was
beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in
Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the
breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and
breads. I absolutely would stay there again!

We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. As long you know it is a historical building, so we wouldn't mind to use the staircase to the fourth floor. There is no window to face the plaza so no noise from the crowd at night. There is only one thing to say: we booked one night but decided to stay for three! Very stylish, very cozy, very friendly! The warm and friendly welcomming together with the fine atmosphere make this villa a really nice and relaxed landmark within a beautiful but buisy town. The location of Villa Landucci was really great for us. Not too far (30 minutes walk) from the center, and - and I think this is valuable in Florence - with free private parking possibility.
The staff was very nice, we've got a lot advise, help, and we have got a gift to compensate a smaller issue (see in the red paragraph). :)

A most perfect place. The couple running the place, since sept 2012, were very kind and helpful in every matter. Easily accessible by car and a locked parking at the hotel. About 2.5 km walking to the centre, but shopping and restaurants just a few blocks away. Nice and relaxing garden, and balcony (or direct access to garden from the room). Highly recommended!
