  Perfect location, wonderful view especially at breakfast, huge room, delicious breakfast with very pleasant wait staff....and great restaurant recommendations from concierge. An overall great hotel to stay when in Firenze! - The view, the room, the location, the romantic ambiance.

  The owner Carlo is amazing. He had a wealth of information about Florence and the surrounding areas. He was also very nice, and helpful. We were told about all the hotspots as well as recommended restaurants in the vicinity of those sights. The B&B is also very clean, and quiet. It is also very close to the metro Firenze smn. Exit to the right... vad folk säger » of the station and follow the road straight for about 300 meters. The value for the price is ideal. - The hotel has recently been taken over and the owners are both friendly and ambitious to make improvements where possible. The room is large and after spending a day in bed sick, I can tell you how comfortable the bed is! Breakfast was small and simple but I do believe this is one of the changes to be made. We were within 10 minutes walk of the Duomo and downstairs is a fab coffee shop and one of the best kebab shops I've ever eaten at!

  The room was fantastic, Clean, comfortable and very large. The bathroom was also very nice, well furnished with an excellent shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival they provided us with a map and directions to the center of the city. The Breakfast which consisted of cakes, fruit, yogurt etc.. was excellent. The staff also mad... vad folk säger » e cappuccino, tea coffee etc.. for you, which was very nice. - The father/son owners, Luigi and Mario, work hard to create an affordable, welcoming and convenient place for travelers to Florence. The center of town is close enough to walk for those inclined (15 minutes) or short cab ride for those not so inclined. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and quiet.

  Great apartments to spend a few days in Florence. Location could not be better (Duomo in just two minutes walk away). Design rooms favorably with ordinary hotel rooms. The friendly owners Valter and Albena will do everything for your comfort and good mood. Tasty breakfasts and the feeling that you are at a good people, and not in a hotel. She was so wonderful to us! We arrived earlier than the stated check-in time, we had planned to just drop our bags and come back later. She said since our room was not ready (I didn't expect it to be) that we could have a different, larger room. It was a wonderful surprise! It seems that every where we had stayed prior was a little small and cramped, but this room was so huge and spacious, it felt great to be able to stretch out and breathe!
