  The hotel is far from the slopes, they don't have a ski bus to take you to the slopes, they only agreed to take us since the hotel was empty and we were the only residents. The breakfast is very basic. I hated that the hotel is small and all employees were aware of every move we make.   All the staff were exceptionally good. The Half board food was very good and restaurant & bar staff could not have been more helpful. Reception went out of their way to help. The shuttle bus driver was equally good. In all a superb holiday experience.

  I loved heaters in my room, instead of air conditioning, cleanliness just excellent, old fashion style makes you feel staying in the castle, breakfast various, fresh and good, as much of fresh coffee as I needed. Staff was really kind. Right in front of the hotel skibuses's stop.
