Clean and comfortable rooms in great location - easy walking distance to all the sights. Very friendly and helpful owner - even made us tasty homemade brownies and brought in a big bowl of fresh fruit! Would highly recommend to friends and family.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always ready with recommendations and directions for where to eat, and what to do. I was looking for laundry services, and the owner personally called up a few for me.

friendly staff/location good - The hotel is down a side street/alley which initially seemed out of the way but actually ensured its being a quiet place to stay. The staff was very accomodating and friendly, the hotel is centrally located, and the breakfast was adequate.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke enough English to make up for my poor Italian. They were able to recommend excellent restaurants nearby. Excellent facilities, excellent room and pleasent staff. The only to be considere is that there is only one Bus that goes to the Hotel, that starts at 9:00 AM with 2 hours apart from each Bus. Otherwise there is a Bus at 1 Km. But, nevertheless the hotel is wonderful, excellent price/quality ratio. Highly Recommendabel!! - Very clean, tidy and quit
