This was a lovely small B&B with spacious rooms and large shared
bathroom. It was easy to find from the train station, and the staff were
great - very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again!.

The place is not so far from central station. So you can reach Florence, Venezia and Verona as well. Room and bathroom was clean.

The location and the place were good.
- not many choices for breakfast.
- The entrance is a bit confusing. The B&B is in a building sharing with normal residents and offices. Guests need to press the B&B buzzer so that they will open the main entrance. But there's no clear sign of the B&B at the buzzer.
No breakfast was proposed for the dates I was there, but I could use a kitchen (and it is a plus and gives more freedom to chose what to prepare and to eat).
All facilities are in one room (bath, toilet, shower) and you have to wait your turn to get inside, but anyway it is simple to negotiate with other guests because guest-house consists only of three rooms.

I found it a bit confusing to get up to the B&B on the 6th floor as
the actual building is called Galleria del Reno, not just the B&B.
Also, the staff don't speak English but we made it work with google

Incredibly short interval for breakfast (from 9 to 10). Breakfast consisted of croissants/sweets and coffee/hot chocolate. Friendly staff, but they don't speak English well.
When you arrive to number 51 you have to go to the first door in the left hand and ring in the 6 floor.
It was difficult to find the hotel, as it has another name in fact (B&B Alfonso ... ). And they almost do not speak English... ;(.
