  Very helpful stuff with good knowledge of English language. Rooms cleand and towels changed every day. Breakfast - although a little limited in variety - with nice tastes. Restaurant with lot of good food and wine choises at very reasonable prices. Close to Pisa and Luca.   The hotel staff was very helpfull. I booked for the wrong day and when I arrived they were very willing to accomidate me anyway.
