  The staff was very helpful and courteous! They were able to communicate with us even though we speak very little Italian! The food at their restuarant was wonderful and reasonably priced!   The hotel suited us as we were visiting friends in avellino. The town centre was a 10 minute walk. The staff at the hotel were very attentive and friendly. The waiters were really nice and couldn't do enough for you.we were upgraded on arrival to a massive room at no extra expense. We couldn't fault the hotel in any area and I believe as a seasoned traveller my wife and I have never stayed in a hotel as good as this. We have s - The staff was the best we have encountered on our European trip. Rosella and Sonia went out of their ways to make us comfortable and well taken care of from the beginning of our stay to the end of our stay. The easy walk to old center and lots of restaurants could be done in less than 20 mins along a beautiful tree lined street. The breakfast buffet was the largest display of food that we have encountered and tasted great. But the customer service was the best!!

  clean, new hotel, modern design, tv had satelite with english speaking stations, staff was friendly and welcoming but not all spoke english, breakfest was satisfing - Nice hotel. Clean and nicely refurbished. Comfortable and close to the autostrada.

Nice rooms and also the service was without doubts the best I saw in Italy. Staff was most helpful and did their best to make us feel very comfortable. Also they serv a very good breakfast. In spite of all that they were extremely helpdful. We communicated using an online translater and that worked. Place and brand new and emaculate. The views are wonderful. It helped to have a GPS to find the place.

  We had a great time at the Galassia: the great comfort of the room, the kindness of the owners, the beauty of the panorama and of the hotel itself. - Staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant was very good. Value for money was excellent! We only stayed one night but would return.
