Location and spacious/clean room (value for money). Friendly owner
ie Alex and his mother I think, tq for your hospitality.. The guest
house located near bus stop at Anacapri, easy accessible by
bus/taxi, plus walking distance to chairlift to mt solero and villa
st michelle. Many souvenier shops along the way to the house. Definitely
will stay there again.
Alex and his mom were amazing hosts. Alex picked us up from the
docks and took us to the guest house. The accommodations were
perfect and we felt very welcome and safe. The location of the guest-
house is excellent..... You are in the centre of Anacapri and have
access to public transportation and the main shopping strip almost

Very good! The hotel is located in Anacapri, which is a little bit less popular than Capri, but very charming as well. We had a lovely stay there! It is a small hotel, only to spend the night, but the bedroom is good. The bed is big, the bathroom is modern and it is silent. The price was also really nice.
I have been hosted in the past days with a friend and the accommodation is EXCELLENT! Perfectly located, in a nice and quiet area, excellent connections to all major spots on the island. The staff welcomes you warmly and make you feel at home. Should I come back to Capri, I would surely stay there!.
The owners were wonderful, the Guest House was spotlessly cleaned each day, the location was perfect for all activities, walking, shopping, seeing the sites. Would DEFINITELY recommend San Nicola and would DEFINITELY stay there again.

What we didn't like is that it is quite tricky to reach the hotel, as it is located in a very small, hidden, street. Besides, the breakfast is not served in the hotel, but on a "cafe" around the corner. However, we would recommend young couples to stay there. It is worth it.
