  This hotel was excellent in every respect. The staff were very helpful all the time and despite our late night arrival still went out of their way to assist us with food and drinks. The facilities are first class, immaculately clean and very comfortable. This hotel was very good value for money.   everithing - My wife and I really felt the swimming / fitness centre was outstanding.Our bedroom was really comfortable but there were things like the'cellotaped' remote control for the tv and the toilet seat with aplastic 'stopper' that made the room feel it was being cleaned but notmaintained. However staff were really efficient and courteous

  Totally enjoyed the peace and quiet and relaxed atmosphere at the hotel. The facilities were wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful. And please pass on a big thank you to Francesca for helping us accommodate our change in booking at such short notice. And also to Monia who was such a friendly and helpful waitress. Apartments very spacious. - Our family really enjoyed our stay. Its location was excellent for visiting Verona,Venice and Milan.   Rummen var ju bra och badrummen mycket bra. Det var tyst och inget som störde. Avståndet till centrum var det utlovade, det tog ca 10 min. - As it was winter and one night only I never accessed facilities - What a fantastic hotel we liked the whole experience of the hotel the breakfast was fantastic the staff excellent and the rooms are fab.
