  Wonderful "out of Africa" theme for house and garden which I believe was inspired by the family's history. A lovely pool and poolside area to relax in too. The family running the guesthouse were very welcoming and helpful and made this a lovely stopover for us. - Very helpful staff. Very clean and luxurious accommodation.   Our stay was a very pleasant experience. Pierpaolo was incredibly friendly and helpful. The b&b is a 7 minutes slow walk from the arena, and there are plenty of bars and cafeterias on the way. The reception/breakfast room is on a different floor, and decorated in a more classical style. Breakfast was amazing. The firs - Only two rooms in a lovely appartment, complete with wood panelled walls and antique/quirky mix of old and modern. Pierrepaulo the host could not have been more helpful. This is a very individual and personalised service from the owner/manager that you would not get at a large hotel. Individual breakfast included luxury croissants and home made produce. Car parking issecure, and at no extra cost. Very central, a short walk of only 250- 300 yards to main historic area.Highly recommended !!

  Hotellets beliggehet var helt perfekt, både väldigt nära till "gamla city" och väldigt enkelt att hitta. Ett jätte fint hotel med trevlig personal. - Trevlig personal, lungt och behagligt trots centralt läge.   Huge room with lots space and storage. Great for a family. Complete with kitchen. Limited underground parking for smaller car, luckly we had a Mito rental car so no prob. Great location right next to the old castel Vecchio and roman door, and blocks away from city centro. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a continental buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. The hotel is close to the old city centre and is close to the arena.

  The set-up is a bit weird, there is no actual hotel lobby. Instead you are given keys by the staff of the Ippoppotamo restaurant. But, then you are led to the back of the hotel and to your own private room and wow! The hotel isn't cheap but it surely is worth every cent!
