  The rooms were huge, and well appointed. Lots of room for everything. The staff were helpful, when we asked for breakfast early as we had to leave early - it was no trouble at all and wow do they put on a spread. The food was plentiful and delicious. They also made great hot chocolates, which I don't think they are used to doing but at least the... vad folk säger » y had a go. We found a great cheap pizza place down the road - but they were a bit hard to find. - Friendly and professional Staff, clean as in Germany, still and relax. Long breakfast. All did - shower, air-condition, hair-dryer. Exactly cleaning of bathroom. Interesting building with modern concrete and historic pieces. What will be promising, be really. Nice area of hotel and garden.

  Hotel is located in the very nice and quiet area just about 3 min walk from the beach and few minutes drive from Grado center. The staff is very friendly and speak good English and very good German. Rooms are nice, quite good in size and very clean – cleaning done daily. There is an option to take lunch and dinner but preferred to eat outside – - Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. The hotel is close to the beach.   Grado is a very nice place and the hotel is in one of the best locations, with view of the lagoon and yacht harbor, 2 minutes walk to the beach.
