  We wanted a quality hotel with a view having driven down from Tuscany to Reggio Calabria, somewhere to relax before taking the ferry to Sicily the next day. The hotel has beautiful view of the Straits of Messina and Sicily, with a lovely roof terrace and restaurant.   Friendly atmosphere and easy access to public transport - The breakfast at the NH Liberty would have to be the best we have had in Italy. We have stayed at over 30 hotels in Italy so this is a recommendation.
