  Great new hotel, gives a perfect holiday feeling. Very attentive staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant. The area looks dodgy at first, but it's just around the corner of the residential area with shop and restaurants.   The Hotel is very nice. Although it is placed outside historical center, it is very suitable for those who travel by car. The Hotel is new, the rooms are well-designed and very clean. In the room you can find robes and sleepers, bath cosmetics, razor and toothbrush.   This was a pleasant surprise. Well-chosen modern interior and art made this feel like a luxury accomodation, yet quite affordable for a family of four. Walking distance to city center and despite located next to busy road, it was not noisy at all at night. Friendly and helpful owner (Mario) and staff made us feel welcome. The B&B is around 12 minutes walk from train station, the room is clean, quite, comfortable and well designed. The breakfast is rich & delicious, capuchino made by Mario is perfect! Rubina will be my first choice if I visit Florence again, and I will recommend it to my friends.
