  I loved the stay at Villa Aruch! 1-Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the girl that checked us in (took all the trouble to guide us and came back after check-in hours without extra charges). Too stylish, too spacious ( a rarity in Europe) and too comfortable. It is a very tastefully done up property with personal touches evident everywhere. Once inside, you don't feel like leaving the hotel and going out anywhere. The only and probably a very major problem is its location. The hotel is situated in one corner of the town, totally cut off from the main areas with no supermarkets or restaurants anywhere close by. If that doesn't bother

The area looks dodgy at first, but it's just around the corner of the residential area with shop and restaurants.   The host and her daughter were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived she booked 2 museums for us as she said we would have to wait in a long line without them and were grateful she did.   We loved everything! We had 3 rooms during our 2 day stay. Hotel staff was unbelievably helpful. They made our museum reservations, gave us detailed info about Florence, and even tried to get our rental car delivered to the hotel instead of the airport. He spends time with his guests when they arrive, giving them an orientation to the city and its history. He can recommend everything from the best gellato to resturants, siteseeing, shopping.   Bra läge trevligt med trädgård - This hotel was really nice and quiet. The walk to downtown attractions wasn't too bad and the railway station was close by. We received a room upgrade when we arrived, which was a very nice surprise. Breakfast included free sparkling wine, which was a nice touch.
