  The hotel is lovely and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was a terrfic buffet with excellent service. The location is absolutely amazing, a few minutes walk to everything you want to see in Florence.   Nothing much to say; excellent 5 star hotel. Some minor deficiencies are due to the hotel being a renovated Medici palace. - Reception staff was truly amazing. the hotel is stunning, both interior and the park.

  Never met more friendly and helpful staff anywhere like the ones in this hotel. They really made everything so perfect. Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. - Everything about the hotel was superb - location, staff, decor, food. The only issue for us was a lack of tea and coffee in the room. everything else was fautless.

  This was our second visit. It is romantic--dinner sitting on the Arno is a very special experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
