  Friendly, nice and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms (recently renovated). Delicious breakfast. Central position (two steps from the city main square, the Cathedral, castle and bus stop).   It is just off the auto strada but make sure you have a GPS or good instructions as it might be a little confusing to reach it (even though you'll be seeing it). Parking was easy and there were restaurants nearby (but not walking distance). The rooms were a good size and so was the bathroom.
