Staff were friendly and welcoming, Andrea gave us really helpful advice on places to visit, transport, and where to eat which enabled us to get the most from our short one night stay in Venice.
Rooms were quiet, clean, comfortable and characterful.

helpful and friendly staff who made sure he explained everything about the city and how we could get to a designer outlet we asked for (Noventa di Piave). clean room, simple breakfast - croissant was very nice. There's an authentic coffee shop across the road with an amazing Venetian coffee at Eur1.20! I couldn't believe my eyes. Quite a local neighbourhood, so you can get a sense of where local Venetians go if you get up early in the morning for a walk!

The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!!

The apartment is huge and the owner was so friendly and helpful. The apartment is marketed for 4 people but could easily sleep 6.

The hotel made us feel welcome even before we arrived by sending us an email giving us directions and general information. Breakfast was very nicely tended and the staff was amazingly courteous at all times of the day (even late night). The location is fantastic (5 minutes from Rialto bridge and 7 minutes to Piazzo San Marco). There is plenty of shopping and eats in the area. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean.

Venice, but who can conveniently access it and the airport via train
bus, or car. This is a great value. The town is cute and has a local
flavor and a few attractions and restaurants that are interesting and
good. The apartment was plain but had all the conveniences promised. The

I liked staying in Mestre. It was quiet and only a 15 to 20 minute bus ride to Venice. The bus runs quite late and is only a block and a half from the hotel. Good, clean apartment. We spilled coffee over the bedclothes right down
to the mattress. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and
understanding. He came up and changed all the bedding and washed the
bed! The place was cleaned every day. Location was alos very good. Near
bus stop and train station with good access to Venice, Verona, Padua,
etc. Free safe and wi-fi and good security for the block.

We chose this hotel because it's close to the Airport and it was a good option if you are driving. The staff is very helpful and kind, good breakfast, wireless available without charge, good room and you can swim a bit in the pool if you like and it's warm.
