  Excellent place to stay. People responsible for the B&B are very friendly. Excellent location (walking distance to airport, roughly 1 km). 30 minutes from Piazzale Roma (Venice) by bus 5. I booked it from the internet on a leap of faith because I was stranded due to Italian strike. Felt I lucked out.

  This hotel was top class & great value for money via this website as we got 4 x nights in superior room with breakfast for £400! We also got a complimentary transfer in a private vaporetta from the airport & back plus we could use the free vaporetta provided by hotel to go to Venice (literally stops at St Marks) each day (the mooring is ou... vad folk säger » tside hotel too so super convenient) which was fantastic as saved us £100's & only way to travel in style really!   This hotel is incredibly convenient if you are looking for a good hotel that isn't on the island of Venice. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel, they sell tickets for the bus at the hotel, and the bus takes your right to the main bus terminal in Venice. Two stops, and you're there. They all spoke very good English, and they were all very friendly. I've stayed in a lot - Staying at the Hilton outside of Venice saved money and stress, compared to parking a car and searching for a hotel in Venice. The location was very convenient to hop on the bus in front of the hotel and be in Venice in 10-15 minutes. Parking was free and safe. Staff was very helpful and attentive. It was also refreshing to be in a more "American" hotel after traveling in Italy.
