  The location is so special in the heart of the city where can easily approach all the famous monuments and only 10 minutes from both Saint Marco square to the south and Ponte Del Rialto the north . Also, despite some bad(ish) reviews on various websites all 10 in our party found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the dining room excellent for both breakfast and evening meals and could not fault anything. The free internet access also very useful as were the many other included facilities. - A real find. We departed before breakfast, and hotel provided "breakfast packs" to go, free of charge.
