  Staff was very friendly, room tiny but offered everything we needed for 1 night. Breakfast was fast, fresh and with excellent coffee! - How helpful and efficient the staff was. Located very close to metro so you can reach any place easily.

  Hotel Five was a great find. The hotel staff from the receptionist, cleaners to the lady who serves breakfast were exceptionally kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and every time I passed them I was greeted with a sincere hello and a smile. The hotel itself is on two levels. The hotel is in no way big or grand but in all honesty they do not pretend to be and personal - (I assume I have rated all the above aspects of the hotel very highly in your point system) Hotel five was an excellent choice for position, ambience facilities and staff . So easy to travel anywhere in Milan as it is minutes from train system. The beds were comfortable -and the third bed for our 16 year old daughter was a real bed not a fold out camping style .
