We had a rental car but did not have directions from the Linate airport in Milan to the Rege. The hotel happily and immediately sent out a shuttle for us to follow back to the hotel. It was a 15 minute metro ride to the Duomo, with easy connections. It was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was execellent. The hotel was a great value for the rate.

What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design.
The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing.
Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each.

the hotel is the best i like every thing staff is very polite ,helpfull in reception earea thiey know how to deal with customer they smile & welo=come all the time even if they guide us to visit place in milan or other round city they ask about feed back if we inerested or not they take care of small details to keep us confort & enjoy..food is delicious ..hotel location is amazing next to all famous brand & gallria only ten minutes walking ..room design is amazing i like flower prin

The hotel is very well located, only a few steps from the Cathedral and Vitoria Emanuelle Gallery with tons of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of amenities and pillow choices.
The hotel in general is new and modern and I would definitely go back.

We were on a road trip around europe and we stay here for the f1 so for location and price it was perfect. Even though we couldnt speak italian all staff members were very welcoming and polite.
