  We wanted to be near to La Scala as we had tix, and were delighted by the hotel: it was clean, comfortable, served an excellent breakfast and all the staff were helpful and friendly.   When you cross the gate you will find yourself back into the old Milano, with his house "di ringhiera" the court is very charming, if you go during summer you can enjoy the aromas of the restaurant and the shent of the "gelsomini". It's a perfect place if you plan to go to see a concert to the magazzini generali venue. - The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The suite was excellent, very comfortable and plenty of room and all the appliances you need for your stay. Great to have your own key to come and go as you please. 20 mins by tram to Milan cathedral. We had a fantastic meal in the hotel restaurant, the waiter was excellent and explained all the Italian dishes, very highly recommended.

  What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design. The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing. Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each. The porters were very helpful in the lugga - the hotel is the best i like every thing staff is very polite ,helpfull in reception earea thiey know how to deal with customer they smile & welo=come all the time even if they guide us to visit place in milan or other round city they ask about feed back if we inerested or not they take care of small details to keep us confort & enjoy..food is delicious ..hotel location is amazing next to all famous brand & gallria only ten minutes walking ..room design is amazing i like flower prin

  The Jolly Hotel has a lovely modern welcoming reception. The tea/coffeenew [never found it anywhere else] facility at the reception is anexcellent idea for late comers and early risers. Great idea and a mostwecome service. - the view was amazing and the renovated room was absolutely gorgeous!

  The Hotel was very clean and comfortable and our room was spacious and airy. Plenty of light during the day and after dark, so cheerful and lots of room. The Porter who helped us with luggage etc was delightful and so helpful and welcoming. Staff are charming universally. Coffee was wonderful! I use a buggy so it was brilliant as the Hotel is in the Galleria. - I like very much your hotel because it is elegant, not too large and privately owned, quiet and exactly in the centre of Milano, the town where I was born many many years ago.   Proof that you get what you pay for, the staff were very helpful and informative, taking a lot of the strain out of urban travel. Our room in this chic modern hotel was stunning and very quiet. UP is a fairly easy walking distance from the Duomo and a short taxi ride (11 euros) to the Stazione Cordona (and Malpensa Express). With a bit of planning, this makes for a fabulous city - Very comfortable hotel, perfect per city trip. Very good location, in the center of the city yet in a quiet street, close to everything, convenient to walk around the city. Very good service, staff extremely helpful and friendly. We have missed the plane and arrived the next day and get perfect assistance in re-booking as we wanted, everything went smoothly. Breakfast is also very good, as well as room service and restaurant
