  Beautiful, spacious, well equipped, comfortable room in a refurbished 17th century building. Our room looked over to a small garden and was very quiet. Easy on-site car parking. Easy to find (just make sure you put Emilia Ovest not Emilia Est into the gps!). Lucca, the manager was extremely friendly and very helpful. There is a bus right the door ... vad folk säger » into Parma (10 mins €1.20). Would certainly stay again. - We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was comfortable, quiet and well-equipped. The location suited us, and we had no difficulty in walking into the centre of Parma each day to explore the sights. The proprietor, Luca, was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

  Absolutely, the best value for the money. We had a very, very large room. Everything was so nice there and the bed was so comfortable that we way overslept! Elizabetta is a very great hostess! She waited very long for us to show up! The house does not look like much from the road but it is absolutely gorgeous inside!   We liked the proximity to Sabbioneta, what a great place to visit. The wifi reception in our studio room was excellent and we found the staff pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast was extremely good and very plentiful. - The welcoming staff and the general friendliness of the hotel. Ideal for touring with family.
