What a pleasant surprise!
Well worth it and will recommend.
We stayed for two nights and travelled into Rome by car.
Our room was big and well furnished but the real thing is the excellent taste in décor!
Soft colours with attention to detail - like the print of rocks that reflected the handles on the cupboard in the bathroom!

I stayed at this cosy little hotel today, just for one night. My flight was pretty much delayed and I arrived at 2 o'clock in the morning instead of 11 am. The owner and his wife were very very nice and friendly, they kept my room, he stood awake so long just because of me and then himself (!) drove me from the airport to the hotel soooo late at night. So selecting this hotel for sleep and fly based on other reviewers' comment was not a bad idea. Luca and his father were really friendly and made us feel at home. We were given a short trip of the adjacent food shops with a personal advice of which shop's food is better than the others. The room was well-equipped and they had complementary water bottles as well (i know that's not lavish, but having to go out for buying water is a big turn off).
