  Customer service from start to finish was excellent, great help from staff. Maids kept on top of the rooms, which were very large and had every ammenity, including tea/coffee etc.Very friendly atmosphere, we were even brought flowers and given chocolates every evening.   Small boutique hotel with Italian Renaissance decor. Updated bathrooms, though small by American standards, had many unique features not usually seen in hotels in the usa. We booked two single rooms and sometimes in the past we have been allocated tiny, substandard rooms. The rooms at the Celio were charming, clean and the location between the Colosseo and Laterano was fabulous. This was the first time we have ventured out of the Trevi/Tritone area. (We go to Rome each year over past 15 years and this experience was one of our most enjoyable. Grazie Roberto!!

The hotel is also adjacent to the first stop on the hop on hop off bus but also within 20 mins walk of many attractions.
