  Very helpful friendly staff. Ideal location to find and to see sights from. Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi). Don't expect to see a grand entrance or large sign... vad folk säger » age though - as it is basically 1 floor of an apartment block Residenza Ki has a small sign next to a modest green door but it is not hard to find.

  A very good option when in Rome. Reasonably priced, and nice to have breakfast ready on the table early in the morning. The location is uphill from the train station, about a 15 minute walk, but the owners offer to pick up from there if you let them know ahead of time. Located in a quiet neighborhood and has a homey feel.
