  although i had read very bad reviews about the hotel, but actually i was surprised on arrival. Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels. There is a supermarket in the Termini, you can buy food and all the things you need. They do cleaning everyday.   Lirico is well placed at the heart of Rome. Being close to the Termini station transportation is very easy but you can also walk everywhere from the hotel. Outside of hotel there are lots of restaurants and bars.you will feel like at home. - The room was big and really nice.   We enjoyed our stay in this small and cosy hotel very much indeed. They kept our reservation even there was some kind of an issue with the credit card provided. The staff, especially Mimmo (I think) at the reception were just great, always smiling and always ready and willing to help.
