  Really warm welcome when we arrived. The whole place is beautifully designed, a delight to cast your eyes over. Each room (we peered in a few the next morning!) is unique and filled with interesting objects, beautiful art work, interesting books and is a delight to stay in. A real treat to stay in and totally unexpected.   The silence around, after crazy walking around Venice it is was like blessing. Fantastic location, from Mestre its only 4 km, easy reach by car o taxi. I was looking long time for something like this place for my friends to come and visit Venice, great location with reasonable price - We have stayed here for 2 days in April. The rooms are comfortable, the food is great- home made. We love everything there and would like to come back!

Perfect - - Good place to stay for visit Venice (the train station is 3km, free parking is 5min walking from station - the owner advices you where to park) - nice staff (the lady and her mother) - new spacious rooms - breakfast was good (small problem with refilling, but we were almost alone in the hotel) - nice rabbits in the garden (really domestic rabbits :)

The staff is very helpful and kind, good breakfast, wireless available without charge, good room and you can swim a bit in the pool if you like and it's warm.
