  I stayed here only 1 night in May. The thing I liked most was that I had a good sleep. Pros: Comfortable bed, good linen, pillows, quietness. Free Wi-Fi, tv, a/c (which unfortunately couldn't warm the room).   Liked the modern furnishings and the garden setting. Room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good and breakfast room overlooked garden. Location in a quiet residential area and easy access to touring the Veneto.   Staying at Vanessa house is like visiting long lost friends. Elena and Moreno greeted us warmly and showed us our very comfortable and spacious suite - the beds were the best we had in Italy. Everything was very clean and well-maintained - they even cleaned daily. And breakfast was amazing - two tables loaded with food! She welcomed you with open arms and couldn't do enough for you. The accomodations were grear, the bed very comfortable and a well appoined roomy ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic, with wonderful coffees and juices, fresh rolls, breads and cakes. you can tell that Elena and Moreno love what they are doing, and if we get the opportunity we will definitely book with them again.   Diana, the owner, is a wonderful woman, welcoming, warm and giggly. Equipped apartment, modern, spacious and clean. There is car parking space. Breakfast in the kitchen of Diana really excellent. In the yard there were six puppies that our kids were happy to play with them. Drive from the apartment to the train station takes five minutes. Cost- effective solution, perfect for families who want to visit Venice. - Diana nad her husband were really friendly. They showed us around the apartment and showed us how everything worked. The apartment was a little bit outside Venice, but with free parking at the train station, and cheap tickets into Venice, the location was ideal. Diana was really helpful in giving us guidance on Venice and what to see and do there. She also provided a good selection during breakfast, with cold meats, breads, cereals and fresh coffee.

  Hosts Attilio and Luciane were most gracious in helping with info on transportation into Venice, restaurants, Laundromat, etc. We were in the ground floor apt. with secure, gated parking on premise. The B&B is right on the bus line, but is quiet and comfortable; we were able to relax between tours. Would definitely retu - Comfortably reach Venice. The front door bus stop 19, which for 15 to 20 minutes takes you to the train station and bus linni and water lines, there is an information center that can quickly and easily buy tickets or cards. From there the number 1 you can discover almost all of Venice. The hotel is grown, clean, well equipped and quiet place. The restaurant recommended to us by our hotel was the best of our entire trip - Restaurant - Pizzeria - Capolinea.

  Huh, everything! The place is minimalist, beautiful clean rooms, the breakfast provided is fantastic, and the location is in the middle of a very nice shopping area. But what really makes the difference is the service. He definitely goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. My motto is "If I visit a place, I won't go back". I think I'd - This boutique hotel is fantastic - Fillipo and his staff were amazing and very helpful - especially with transport and getting to and from Venice. It is a well designed and superbly fitted out apartment style rooms. Mestre is a great option to stay rather than to fight getting yourself and luggage to Venice island which is a 15 minute bus ride to Venice. Legrenzi Rooms are located close to the bus and train station and a great restaurant and bar plus shopping is right outside the door!

  The lady owner was very polite and was willing to help me about Venezia (how to reach there, what should I look, etc.) she also give a map from Venezia for free :) but bottom line and beside this facts, you should know that this hotel is defiantly having perfect location (only 2min from the bus and train station) strategic point as for Venezia als... vad folk säger » o if you want to reach to the airpot in Treviso, and all that for small amount of money! - Room was spacious and very clean. The light breakfast each morning was nice (although I'm not a fan of instant coffee). Location was great - a few minutes to the train station and a 10-minute ride into Venice St. Lucia.
