  reasonable price - Room was comfortable, clean and nice. Staff was polite. Breakfest was good and tasty. Only 40min to Venice by bus and the bus leaves next to the hotel. Very quiet and green backyard. Nice hotel for families.

  Room was clean, had a window and was modern. Had 6 coat hangers and two racks which were very handy. Room small but very adequate as hardly in room. bathroom modern. When leave train station go down maghera exit and its first stre - Close to mestre train station which is a 10min journey to main Venice station and cost 1.20 euros per journey. Could also get number 6 bus as well. Hotel was very clean and modern with friendly staff. Breakfast was quite good and staff were always ensuring to top things up when empty. Rooms are basic but adequate especially given the price compared to hotels on Venice itself. Would stay here again and recommend.
