  The owners are very friendly and helpfull. They will do everything to make your stay very enjoyable. When booking, we mentioned about a glutenfree diet. Upon our arrival glutenfree breakfast was available including a selfmade glutenfree cake.

  We were very lucky and were upgraded to a suite as on the second night of our stay there was a function in the restaurant. The hotel is beautiful and the service exceptional. Our suite was quiet & lovely, the bed was very comfortable and there was even a choice of pillows! We ate in the restaurant on our first night and the food was delicious ... vad folk säger » as was their own wine. Breakfast was very good too which had a wide choice of hot and cold food. We didn't use the spa but the outdoor pool looked lov - Visited as part of our honeymoon and although we didn't have a great start with the restaurant being closed on our first night, due to a wedding that was right outside our bedroom you cannot fault the hotels beauty. The location is wonderful and the pool is very relaxing with a great waiter service. Loved the free apple smoothie! Great spa although the jacuzzi was a little cold. Restaurant was excellent with a fantastic choice of wines.

  The staff is very helpful, kind and flexible. We arrived in the morning before 9AM. He asked me to wait for the room. Officialy the earliest check in time is 11:30AM.) While we were wainting for the room he invited to have a breakfast. When we had it, the room was ready.   Nice rooms with enough space. Very good breakfast. Very friendly staff (family run hotel). Hotel has ideal location when you come to lake Garda with car. We could get from here to many different locations (Bardolino, Garda, Spa, etc...) within 15 minutes using side roads without much traffic even if we were here in the highest season (mid August).
