Had a great experience met a male member of staff on arrival he
couldn't have been any nicer and more helpful, made us feel home
away from home,.
It was very central. Once we parked the car we didn't use it until we were leaving. It was clean. It was a reasonable price. The staff were nice.

Staff was super friendly. Hotel is right in the heart of the city centre. 2 minute walk. Great value for the cost.

Didn't appreciate the attitude of a female member of staff at the
end of the night made a huge scene as the 8th paid member arrived close
to 12pm from work he didn't have a chance to check in even though we
mentioned it when the other 7 of us did and she made a big scene in the
middle of the bar that he could not go upstairs, took a lot of
explaining but when she finally realised she was wrong she just walked
away no apologies or anything!.
There were no tea bags in the room and I had to go to the bar, where there were none a well. To be fair, the barman went to the local shop to get them for me.
The hair dryer over heated so I only got half my hair dry and when it cooled down it worked for about 30 seconds and stopped again.
that the place was completley closed untill 3 the friday we arrived, not many channels on t.v.
Room is bare. White walls, white bed, white furniture. Plain Jane, but it did what we needed it to do.
the rooms had no air con which made the heat in the rooms very hot, also the window didnt open fully which didnt help in high temperature that night.
When i arrived to check in my credit card details were written down on a sheet of paper beside the cash register in the bar, I didn't think it was a very secure place to store them !!.

Hallway and Landing Upstairs outside rooms smelt of alcohol and smoke.
Extremely loud noise in our room - at 4.30am, like a generator running
or something. Took my boyfriend three attempts at speaking to the
manager before they turned it off. Rough occupants staying in room
beside us, out around the hallway all hours of the night shouting.
A few drunken arguments in the room nearby. Security guards down stairs in the club. Maybe a security guard for hotel would be a good idea. But no major hassle.
The room was cold. There was stains on the curtains and quilt. There was no remote for the TV.
they did not clean room or change bed linen or towels in the 3 days we stayed.
The spit in the wash basin in the bathroom.
the smell in the hallways very bad, carpets need cleaning. the price is too expensive for what u get, couldnt sleep due to people walking around at all hours of the morning, rooms were either too hot or too cold.
I ordered a triple room and didn't get it and the rooms where not clean.
