  As everyone before me has commented, this is a very special little gem of a resort hotel just outside of Ubud. We stayed in the south the week before and the staff was lovely, but the service provided at Samaya Ubud had unequalled heart and authenticity, I literally cried when I had to say goodbye to the managers, waitresses, and other staff membe... vad folk säger » rs. I became ill the 2nd day, and the concern and care expressed by staff was something you'd only expect from close friends or family, who could ask - I Liked every single details about this property. the management, staffs, location, view, restaurants, foods, ... Samaya Ubud is not the 5 star property! you have to call it 5++. compare to other 5 star properties that I've stayed in my life, Samaya was the best and for sure we will go back. highly recommended. thanks to all Samaya's team to make our stay so special

  Viceroy is the most beautiful Villa hotel I've been to by far. There is just no equal in term of location within a gorgeous jungle, spotless villas and high-end rooms.   Komaneka at Bisma is located in an incredible setting overlooking rice paddies and the pool. The suites are large and have a great balcony. The staff are exceptional. They made us feel like family and we enjoyed them as much as the hotel! We had a one year old with us and they often watched him while we finished our meal. They also connected us with a driver /guid - Lovely setting, just a short distance from central Ubud. Beautiful rooms, with a large terrace complete with sun loungers from where you can enjoy the lovely views of palm trees and some paddy fields, and the infinity pool. Liked the touches like the bedtime reading stories which were placed bedside at the turn down service. The breakfast was a veritable feast every day with lots of choice. Make sure you sample the snacks at tea time, too. A delightful place to base yourself in Ubud.

  Warwick Ibah is an amazing and magical place. Their hospitality is above an beyond! Just to say a few things: they knew us by name by the first night, they upgraded our room without us asking or charging us more, they took me to a doctor when I got sick, brought rice pourage to my room to help me feel better (free of charge), their service was sup... vad folk säger » erb! The hotel itself is setup like an ancient temple with beautiful carved statues everywhere you look. This place is completely unique and unlike an - Beautiful hotel next to the Campuhan Ridge walk which was really really nice. Do it in the evening or early morning and go to karsa cafe. We did not try the restaurant. The pool was really really nice - one of the best hotel pools we've tried. Got upgraded from Tree top to Ibah Suite which was nice - the room was definately luxurious and very very comfortable. We used shuttle which was good.   The staff at Villa Sonia were exceptional. Every request was met with a smile & nothing was too much trouble. There are only 9 rooms & each is very private, so at times we felt we were the only ones there even though all rooms were occupied. The rooms are clean and spacious & the balcony was great. The Villa provides a shuttle service to town from 9am. It - Tranquil, beautiful setting and absolutely peaceful. Definitely take the Suites if you can! Breakfast will always be brought to the suite at no extra cost. The marble bath tub in our room was massive - 2 people could sit next (not opposite!) each other.   I love this little hotel, this was the 3rd time that i have been back.Great little family run hotel. not right in the busy centre of Ubud but still in walking distance.   Lodtunduh Sari is truly an oasis of tranquility and relaxation. It was easily the best accommodation during our 3-week trip across Southeast Asia (which also included 4- and 5-star hotels). The view from the pool over the paddy fields, especially during sunset, is absolutely breathtaking. The facilities are very well maintain - It's the place i want to return!   Amazing place! Service was top notch, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed plus more. The view from our villa with the river view and personal infinity pool were amazing. Very private and comfortable. Beds were fantastic.
