of a resort hotel just outside of Ubud. We stayed in the south the week
before and the staff was lovely, but the service provided at Samaya Ubud

I Liked every single details about this property. the management, staffs, location, view, restaurants, foods, ... Samaya Ubud is not the 5 star property! you have to call it 5++. compare to other 5 star properties that I've stayed in my life, Samaya was the best and for sure we will go back. highly recommended. thanks to all Samaya's team to make our stay so special

We loved everything. The service was amazing and you never wanted for anything. You couldn't put your finger on what exactly was the magic at this hotel, but that's the exact point. You didnt' want for anything, nor did you have to ask for anything. True Bliss.

Everything. It was the best hotel of our honeymoon, where we felt at home and were we truly felt like we were on a 5* hotel.
Upon arrival, we were offered a 1/2 hour complimentary back and shoulders massage (for the both of us, it was our honeymoon) in the SPA. It was simply perfect, the best massage we had in Bali.
We asked for a wood carving lesson (on a day that no lesson would take place) and the staff arranged a private lesson for us at no extra charge. This activity is extremely relaxin

The staff! This was easily the best resort I have ever stayed in (and I
have stayed at many many 5 star resorts!) and the biggest reason for
that has to be the ever-smiling and hyper-efficient staff. They are
always warm, courteous, helpful, know your name, and the culture of this

Lovely setting, just a short distance from central Ubud.
Beautiful rooms, with a large terrace complete with sun loungers from where you can enjoy the lovely views of palm trees and some paddy fields, and the infinity pool.
Liked the touches like the bedtime reading stories which were placed bedside at the turn down service.
The breakfast was a veritable feast every day with lots of choice. Make sure you sample the snacks at tea time, too. A delightful place to base yourself in Ubud.

Beautiful hotel next to the Campuhan Ridge walk which was really really nice. Do it in the evening or early morning and go to karsa cafe. We did not try the restaurant. The pool was really really nice - one of the best hotel pools we've tried. Got upgraded from Tree top to Ibah Suite which was nice - the room was definately luxurious and very very comfortable. Booked the resort for just 3 nights - but after arriving there I got so impressed that I extended my stay for another 4 nights. The staff is incredibly supportive, friendly and caring.

As soon as we got to the Ubud Village Resort and Spa we were treated by a friendly staff as if we were family. The tropical drinks we received were delicious and a great way to start the day! When we first got to our villa we were surprised with our decorated beds for valentines day. We thought it was very thoughtful and nice of them to do that. The villa is beautiful, spacious and most of all, relaxing. We loved our private pool! The staff is amazing, especially Adi, who was very accommodating
