Comfort and clean, not to far from the airport, but not near. Food centre is at the underground, it is opposite to a university so it is quite cheap. I arrived there at 2:00 a.m. so just looking for the place to sleep which is not far from the airport.
Hotel is Clean, can find food & groceries easily in surrounding area. Only 15 min from the airport, and 20 min to Surabaya city center.
It is located in a university area. At the groundfloor are many shops and restaurants.
There is also a pool with a couple of seats.
The view from the 7th floor was excellent.
The personel was very kind and helpfull.

The check-in / out process need to improve, including need to print out the receipt upon check out.
Only one bed by the pool. Boiler capacity is barely enough to shower two people.
Located just around the mosque, so at 4am there was a terrible noise.
Windows did not open, so we couldn't get rid of the unpleasant smell.
The city doesn't have much to offer, fortunately it was only a transit for us.
though not too far from Airport, bit difficult to meet people, because not so easy to reach from tolway and little space for cars/taxi to pick up guests.
