  Location is close to the beach and cafe/restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, but unfortunately only available during weekends, as they anticipate more guest during this period.   We were there on honeymoon with my wife. And it was perfect in all aspects! May be the breakfasts should be a little bit various.. The pool area is fantastic with an infinity pool looking out over the sea and the Bali volcano'S. Personnel is well-trained and super friendly. Quality and pricing of the restaurant is excellent.

  Much more beautiful than the photos suggest. The reception area is all open and very welcoming with friendly staff although all very young they seem to do a good job. The rooms were very spacious.. We had a family room at the top with a large double and a single bed. A good sized balcony overlooking gardens and pool is a must!!!   Asked for a sea view room and got the most amazing view overlooking both pool and the beach - well worth the extra cost. Room is clean with a lovely big veranda. Loved the restaurant right on the beach, loved the pool right on the beach - only 10-15 minute walk from town [quicker along beach, but a small rocky outcrop to walk over].   We absolutely loved our stay from beginning to end. The staff were friendly and very efficient , great service!!! Food was amazing and for such a beautiful resort in it's location the prices were very cheap to dine in . Sengiggi's coastal-views are amazing and great smooth road all along that part of the co - The hotel was beautiful, staff was very friendly. The food was amazing - they just have one dining option but it didn't bother us as every meal we had was delicious. Location was good to take tours to the surrounding country side. Its,a little outside from sengiggi city center which was,nice for us. It means you have tue amazing black sanded beach almost to yourself. I also had a spa treatment which was very good. Would definitely recommend the place to friends.
