  Good value for money (by Bali standards), good location, nice comfortable rooms, staff helpful and attentive, pool pretty good. To expand on a few points above: I REALLY don't think Bali is the sort of place you need to worry about a hotel being in a good location. As long as you are away from the scum of Kuta, its all good. We had actually booked this resort for a day. but then we liked the location and comfort in this place so we extended the stay here for one more day. It was so relaxing and staff was so helpful and warm that we extended the stay for the third day as well . This time we upgraded to there private villa.The quality of service and amenities were good.   This is my second visit to Ananda in a month of being in Lombok and Bali, and it felt like I was coming home to a place that suited me very well, after having stayed at several much less pleasing places. It was a family holiday with my husband and two teenage daughters. The location is fabulous being so close to great restaurants and lots of places for the girls to go shopping. The resort itself is traditional Balinese which we love, and although on a busy street (Oberoi Road) it is very peaceful and quiet.
