The hotel has good wireless internet for as many devices you want. The pool area is fantastic and you can eat and drink right at the beach front. You can also have private dinner on little pavilions in the garden area. The rooms are big and spacious with a balcony. You get all the little goodies like tea cooker, toothbrush etc. Location is great for shopping, eating and to go to the beach. Highly recommended!

Pool, Jacuzzi, Breakfast, Rooms and Villa. We had actually booked this resort for a day. but then we liked the location and comfort in this place so we extended the stay here for one more day. It was so relaxing and staff was so helpful and warm that we extended the stay for the third day as well . This time we upgraded to there private villa.The quality of service and amenities were good. The best thing about the w resort is it is by far the most funkiest

The big picture is perfect. They really are spot on. The villas are
really good. They have figured out what counts for a great experience
for pretty much everyone and drawn up the blue prints accordingly. The
restaurants are the best at any hotel I have been to - and trust me, I
have been to most - and the constant and caring attention of Director of
Cusine that we experienced, Richard Millar, makes a huge difference!

The staff wee very helpful - the first afternoon we arrived, there was a problem with the safe. It wouldn't open again once our passports, cash etc, was inside. The staff persisted with trying to find the master key, without success. Eventually having to drill through the keylock and break into the safe. The safe was replaced immediately.

i stayed at sapu lidi for 2 nights. it was great experience . big room , good breakfast , excellent services.
