What I liked? Everything! We stayed at the beach villa, everything was
perfect. I could not imagine anything better if you want a private
villa. We had everything inside we needed inside the villa, big tv,
movie media player with internal hdd and lots of mkv movies :), air
conditioning was not noisy, the outside bali shower is genius. The
butler brings you anything you need even if its not standard... I want
to mention that me and my wife are quite picky and we actually looked
for flaws. There

The staff were uniformly terrific - very helpful, courteous and considerate - from the service desk to the waiting staff.
The location is outstanding with the capacity to lounge on but above the beach so enjoying the beachside experience but avoiding the hassle of the peddlars.
The facilities beachside and in the room are also top class.

We dealt directly with the villas to arrange an airport transfer and they were very prompt and efficient. The driver was waiting where we expected. The transfer cost US $20 which we thought good value as it avoided the hassle of getting a taxi after a long day in transit. The staff were incredibly polite and went out of their way to be helpful. The staff were always friendly, helpful and thoughtful.
We had a late flight to catch but we were able to store our luggage safely as well as use the spa toilet facilities to freshen up before catching our flight. This was very useful considering the hot weather made us quite sweaty and it was nice to feel fresh and clean for our flight.
