The setting of the hotel is absolutely fabulous if you like to be surrounded by luxuriant vegetation (like I do). The swimming pools are wonderfully designed, instead of being the standard rectangle, the staff are extremely friendly (which is common to most of Bali), and the design of the rooms and villas is also just really good. The hotel grounds were very beautiful and well maintained I loved the plants and trees, it was like a magic garden. The pool was really nice. The bungalow was traditional and picturesque. The hotel was romantic with family appeal too. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was nice. It was fair value for money and I will be going again.

The staff wee very helpful - the first afternoon we arrived, there was a problem with the safe. It wouldn't open again once our passports, cash etc, was inside. The staff persisted with trying to find the master key, without success. Eventually having to drill through the keylock and break into the safe. The safe was replaced immediately.

the staff has a excellent service even when we are unhappy they will find solution to the issue. 10minutes walk to famous potato head.

The villa is very well designed with an indigenous style which is rather authentic. The pool has a beautiful shape and was very clean. All rooms are quite spacious, perfect for families and a group of friends. Our stay here was absolutely the highlight of our Bali trip.
