  It was a nice hotel in a good location. Staff very attentive and good service. I liked the waiters brining water by the beach chairs automactially, that was a nice touch. - Staff friendly and excellent service. Great response for requests. Wonderful room size and design. Strategic location. Spectacular view and facilities.

  The room we got was incredible - very modern and stylish with a great private pool. The hotel staff were amazingly friendly. The breakfasts were the best we had on this trip to Bali (made better by the music and dancing provided every morning). The location was great - just a short walk through the 'cut through' and you were on the main street. I think this place provided superb value fo - It was situated in a good spot. We were close to the hustle and bustle, but felt we were in our own private Oasis. We did have a private villa and pool, and are happy that we didnt stay in the lagoon Villas as it was very noisy and busy at that end of the resort. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

  My time at villa karisa was just outstanding! It is so peaceful and quiet there the rooms are comfortable, clean and have a great Balinese style. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants all of seminyak is a short taxi ride away or a walk along the beach.   Very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us - we had two 3 year old twin girls and a 17 year old niece which leads to a variety of needs but the staff met all our needs without any fuss. Excellent accommodation - large villa with all modern facilities. Free shuttle bus excellent - no worries with dropping us to Waterbom Park. Also suggested several dinning areas to attend for evening meals. If they fix a few of the finner details of Bacon and milk then this villa will exceed future expectations.

  The hotel was very nice, clean rooms and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.   The Hotel is a little bit outside of the crowded and very loud village of Seminak. With the Hotel shuttle or a taxi you can reach the beach, the shop or restaurants easily. It's also possible to have a 20min walk because around the hotel is nothing. The hotel itself is very beautiful and quiet.

  I love the privacy and value or money. The way they come and spray the room for Mosquitos and tidy the rooms while doing it. Friendly staff the make you feel like a king or queen. - The private villa was comfortable and homely and the staff are friendly and helpful!

  Well, it's everything... It brings back our smile since our arrival at this hotel. Initially, we're quite tired queuing for taxi and our luggage at the airport (2 hours). But as soon as we arrive at the hotel, we immediately find some peace in this hotel. Our room was immediately upgraded from superior to deluxe when the hotel staff found there's a prob - Everyday we were surprised with our towels organized in the shape of an animal! One day a frog, the other day a turtle, a mouse, a fish... With a handwritten note by the housekeeping staff. For someone traveling with a child these type of details are important. The hotel provides a very personalized approach to their guests and does make an effort to respond to your needs as soon as you present them.
