  The staff were extremely helpful,friendly and ever willing to assist us in every manner. We forgot to bring and adapter and they were more than helpful to oblige and loan us theirs The room was clean comfortable and well equipped. Tons of restaurants, quaint cafés ,spas, grocery store and ATM nearby Less crowded as compared to Kuta and Seminya... vad folk säger » k..which was a huge plus point - The room was very well decorated and had enough space. The swimming pool was great and you can swim until 9pm. Well located on the main road with a big store next door where you can buy everything including all souvenir's with a fair price. Breakfast was good with many options. We would stay in this hotel again.

  Myself and my girlfriend stayed at the Katala villas from January 29 untill January 31 and the only negitive review I can make about it was that I did not book our reservation at the villas for longer .....the villas features I.e gardens size of private pool and comfort of the living areas was way more than my expectations....as for the staff they... vad folk säger » where so helpful and friendly they could not do enough for us ....first class service guys ! Very helpful and friendly,(it's possible to rent a bike at the reception for a very good price) delicious breakfast with fresh fruits and juices,big and clean private swimming pool(bigger than we thought), nice territory,the villa large and very comfortable with nice Balinese interiors. We decided to stay more nights there than we've booked - it is amazing place with great atmosphere! Thank you all for the great service!

  Everything, from the moment I arrived I was treated like family, everyone so helpful & friendly. Suites are massive & well kept bed very comfy. Grounds & pool are great. Caramel resturant has excellent food & at really good prices much cheaper than others. I cant say thankyou enough to all the staff. - I liked almost everything about this hotel. The room was huge and there was a seperate bit at the front with our own spa! The restaurant is lovely with a great breakfast selection to suit everyone and the staff are very friendly an helpful. Your room gets immaculately cleaned every day and they even do a turn down service in the evening.

  I liked everything about my stay in Segara Village Hotel. The grounds are fantastic with choice of beach or 3 different pools. The food was lovely and all the staff were extremely friendly and polite.   We recently stayed at the Bali Emerald villas. We found this to be the perfect romantic, private, retreat we needed to finalize and execute our Bali wedding. The staff and the food was excellent. She was sweet and a bl - All of the staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful - they were absolutely great. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The free Wifi Internet worked well, the daily maid service (including washing our clothes) was fantastic (such a lovely lady), our pool cleaned and checked daily and the garden was maintained nicely. The Emerald Villas are in a quieter part of Sanur but only a few minutes walk away from the beach and the busier parts of Sanur with plenty of shops

  We were looking for a small and quiet hotel and chose the Sudamala. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms are nicely appointed (excellent beds). The freshness and quality of the food was really good. The service staff were friendly.   We absolutely loved PTD. The hotel was more like a spa resort with a kind of fairytale/cottage village kinda look. It has a tranquility vibe all over it. Our stay at PTD was fantastic. We stayed for 5 days and it was lovely. The staff is friendly and the room is very clean. And the most important part; we found a lot of peace and quiet there. The beach and centr - The 'hotel' is actually a collection of beautiful little wooden cottages set in a garden of tranquility and gorgeous flowers. The hot yoga studio and spa draw non residents as well as guests and both contribute to the overall sense of peace and indulgence. The staff could not be more helpful or charming and their standard of service was excellent. I was given complimentary yoga sessions and a massage - thankyou, I loved both!   Beatiful, large swimming pool with massage feature. It is really big enough for a couple. Large bed wit mosquito net and elegant bathroom.   Our stay here was fantastic and better than I was expecting and read about. We did not have anything we were no happy with, great location with a short walk from front entrance to beach unlike many others we have stayed in which meant walk from villa to beach was nothing if you forgot something or needed to return. The villas were spacious ( delux... vad folk säger » e) and clean and fun with the quirky bathroom etc. Mozzie net a great bonus as yes mozzies were a bit of a problem at night as is anywhere. Nice size - I loved staying at La Taverna! If you want a relaxing holiday, away from the noise and pollution, then this is the place. The staff are attentive in a low-key sort of way; the food is delicious; the pool is small, but never crowded; the location is ideal - right on the beach; the gardens are immaculately tended. The rooms appear to have been recently refurbished and are comfortable, spacious and air conditioned. La Taverna is a real oasis.

  Our taxi didn't find the hotel right away, as it might be a "new" one. But in the end it was well situated, next to a main street, and to many shops and restaurants. The reception and the staff were welcoming, nice and directly gave us the information needed (wifi, breakfast/restaurant hours, directions to the pool and sea, etc.). The spacious roo... vad folk säger » ms were clean and very comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful small pool in the garden area, surrounded by some of the rooms. The dining area is reall - The staff were always very welcoming and prompt to accommodate any request. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Outdoor pool area was simply inviting with a lot of green around. Pool is not so big but relaxing there was excellent. Breakfast although not buffet (It depends on how many guests the hotel has) has good choice and portions are quite fair.
