  Friendly staff everywhere from reception, restaurent and spa, concierge staff are great, always there to assist and gives good suggestions to places of interest.   I stayed for 4 nights and attend the training here. The room was great and they have very friendly staff. The breakfast and lunch menu were delicious and had a lot of choices. The snack that I got during the training was good also. - The hotel is clean and has an excellent staff. We were treated as one of the Roly family..   Got a good last minute deal from letsbookhotel.com on King size bedroom. Even better, they upgrade the room when we got there. Huge room - The interior in-outside very luxury, feel like in Italy. Very romantic, breakfast excellent.
