  The service is really good in this hotel. All the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Hotel provide free shuttle to pick up & drop off from Tg. Pinang jetty. The shuttle will send you to any point in Tg. Pinang. This is a big credit of this hotel.   Staff are extremely friendly and warm-hearted though sometimes it's a bit hard to communicate with them in English. The rooms at Aston are great, clean and with a beautiful view of the swimming pool. - The service they provided was very good.   This is always the choice of stay whenever my family and I were to visit Tanjung Pinang. Its far off from the harbour thus less noisy esp during the wkends. A laid back kind of hotel.always choose the bungalow with pool view.easy access to the lobby and obviously the pool and gym.
