  The staff were very friendly and helpful. Transaction was fast. I love the room. It's so spacious and well furnished. So spacious that my son keep running around the room. I love the tv with the ON touch screen. Bathroom was clean.   Staffs was friendly and helpful.. communication in english was fine, staffs even help me to store my luggage even when i check out. room was nice and clean. very cosy.. not too small. big enough. bathtub was nice and clean too, overall the room was nicely designed. The staffs are very friendly and provide good services. The buffet breakfast was awesome. Stayed in the standard room and everything was in a great condition.   Big swimming, near to shopping mall, hawker ctr. Though bf can improve, but acceptable. Saturday was pack with Singaporean, therefore Sunday BF was in a mess and short of food. The room was huge and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, with us being the only ones in the pool. Having said that, when we went for breakfast the dining room was full. I think most of the guests were there for business. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again.

  I like it because its cheap and its 10 minutes walk to nagoya hill. I love shopping. And I only stayed for 1 day so not even a night.   Everything! It was awesome even the food! I would stay there again. The staffs is super friendly, this lady name is augustine or augustina if im not mistaken, Something like that, she gave a damn good service.
