  I am very satisfied with this hotel with good facilities spa, fitness and swimming too. I n my family especially my girls really enjoy the well- prepared breakfast and swimming too. The receptionist's is so kindful n professional n polite too. The room is big n comfort with clean bed !   It is quiet and has a nice staff. Rooms are comfortable and bathroom quite large with both tub and shower. - The bed was amaisingly soft and comfortable, best night sleep in a long time.

  Spacious and clean Superior room 1027 offered nice views over the city. Very good value for money compared to other 4 or 5 star hotels in Medan. Walking distance less than 5 min.
