  I liked everything about my stay in Segara Village Hotel. The grounds are fantastic with choice of beach or 3 different pools. The food was lovely and all the staff were extremely friendly and polite. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and the air conditioning worked brilliantly. - Cannot praise this hotel enough.   Close to beach & great restaurants,cafe's, lots of music. Staff very helpful & welcoming. Due to layout of villas good to have the security staff,not that we ever felt unsafe at anytime. The grounds are well kept and very attractive . Good choice on breakfast menu & plenty each time.   Our taxi didn't find the hotel right away, as it might be a "new" one. But in the end it was well situated, next to a main street, and to many shops and restaurants. The reception and the staff were welcoming, nice and directly gave us the information needed (wifi, breakfast/restaurant hours, directions to the pool and sea, etc.). The dining area is reall - The staff were always very welcoming and prompt to accommodate any request. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Outdoor pool area was simply inviting with a lot of green around. Pool is not so big but relaxing there was excellent. Breakfast although not buffet (It depends on how many guests the hotel has) has good choice and portions are quite fair.

  Very nice hotel with a large pool and lots of sun beds for sun bathing. There was a nice pool bar with a good choice of snacks. Comfortable room which was very clean. Great breakfast with a good choice. We only stayed in the hotel one night but there did seem to be plenty of organised activities in the hotel. We were delighted to find that office for the Scoot fast ferry service to Gilli T is conveniently located directly opposite - staff is wonderful with the (very high) Balinese standards of friendliness and helpfulness. All the facilities are ok: pool, spa, gym, internet connection, bar. Excellent breakfast buffet. Bus connection to the other linked hotels with bigger pools, daycare for children.

  The place is both modern yet as an antique feel to it. The owner must love to collect antique, for one can find it all around the hotel. The staff are very friendly, and the service was very good.
