  Two nights for less than 200 dollars in a 4 stars hotel is just great. Staff were always smiling and helpful. View of my standard room was amazing - Great room and bathroom ("walk-in shower" really appreciated).   As a 5-star hotel, the price is very attractive. Although its a little far from other major office buildings, but it is easy to get a taxi. Staff are helpful and kind. Good city view, good breakfast selection, good swimming pool, internet access speed is just fine but acceptable.   Satisfied and very happy with the staff (or probably the manager - Mr. Kevin) which really patiently explained to me on how the billing is calculated.   The location is very convenient. It is nestled in the city with access to local markets, taxis and public transportation. The hotel decor is modern with subtle nods to Indonesian art- notice the woodwork and sculptures that decorate the common areas. The Spa services are exemplary with professional and attentive staff. The food is tasty but once I found the fried rice and - Everything single thing from the minute we entered until our departure. Excellent service from every single staff member that we encountered. Taxis arranged speedily. Even packed us a little breakfast as we departed for airport early hours of the morning. Those personal touches mean to lot to travellers. Food excellent. Would not stay anywhere else when coming to Jakarta again.

  Very clean, newly-built hotel. The location is handy for the old town ,Batavia, and museums, as well as being an inexpensive taxi ride from the big malls eg Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia. We were very pleasantly surprised, considering its relative cheapness (£42 in March for a double), at the quality of the finishes. We were unimpresssed by Jakarta, but staying at this hotel,at the beginning and start of a tour,made it - Staff is highly professional, helpful and respectful. Bathroom was not lockable and shower has a full height window on the room: that could be a plus, depending on whom you share your room with. I'm fully satisfied and I booked it again.
